Survivor Series 2020 is back and like every year we’re super excited to see our favourite WWE superstars performing. Like since 2016 we’ve been witnessing Raw vs SmackDown this year we’ll again see Raw vs SmackDown. It’s the brand supremacy time who is the bigger brand? It’s champion vs champion Well to be honest since 2016 Raw is the one winning but let’s see maybe this time SmackDown has a chance.
WWE Survivor Series Match Card and Predictions
Roman Reigns (Universal Champion) vs Drew McIntyre (WWE Champion)
The last time these two faced off was at Wrestlemania 35 it was when Roman Reigns was making his comeback after defeating leukaemia. Though the match wasn’t that bad also it didn’t have any hype as most of us were only hyped because of Roman coming back. But this time it’s entirely different. Both of these are on top of their game and are champions on their respective brands. It’s champion vs champion. Drew who lost his championship recently against Randy Orton at Hell in a Cell PPV actually just won one week prior from Survivor Series and became Roman Reigns opponent.
But nonetheless, he has been the face of Raw since he won the championship at Wrestlemania 36 against Brock Lesnar. As for Roman, he won Universal Championship at Payback after defeating Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman and since his return, he has joined hands with Paul Heyman and has become the face of SmackDown. Well, it’s hard to really tell who will win because both have equal chances against each other.

Bobby Lashley (US champion) vs Sami Zayn (Intercontinental)
Well like we all know these matches are purely taking place because of Raw vs SmackDown so the buildup isn’t quite much for any of these matches. As far for this match. Lashley who won the US title from Apollo Crews at Payback since then he has been booked as a dominating star and has issues going with Retribution.
Sami Zayn who was stripped of the title after he won in March due to not wrestling for almost 6 months because of the Covid concerns. He made his return in September and soon won the championship.

The New Day (Raw tag team) vs The Street Profits (SD tag team)
Both of them actually switched brands in the recent WWE Draft. Both were champions of their brands at the time of the draft and also had to exchange their titles to go with their new brands. Well, we all know how good are The New Day and Street Profits are an upcoming tag team so it’ll be interesting to see how these two teams are booked.

Asuka (Raw) vs Sasha Banks (SmackDown)
Another champion vs champion match but its women this time. Well, we’ve seen quite matches between these two. When both were on Raw and were facing each other for the championship. After Sasha lost her Raw women’s title to Asuka. She was drafted to SmackDown where she won SD women’s title from Bayley in an epic Hell in a Cell match. This will be almost 3rd or 4th time when these two will face. But we all know it’ll be a spectacular match to watch.

Team Raw Women vs Team SD Women
Nia Jax, Shayna Braszler, Lacey Evans, Peyton Royce and Lana (Team Raw) . Former Women Champion, former tag team champion and former Nxt Champion. Well, Raw has all of these so it does show how strong team Raw is. Bianca Belair, Ruby Riott, Liv Morgan, Bayley and Natalya (Team SD). Though Team SD isn’t far behind as well when it comes to the championship. And in fact, it has more experience in the form of Natalya as compare to team Raw.

Raw: AJ Styles, Keith Lee, Sheamus, Riddle and Braun Strowman. Team Raw is star-packed with almost 3 former champions.
SmackDown: Kevin Owens, Jey Uso, King Corbin, Otis and Seth Rollins. Team SD also has former champions and tag team
Champions.
For the last 4 years apart from 2016 team, Raw has been winning this and they’ve been dominating SD. Can will this be changed this year?
