Broke My Dad’s Guitar String And Blamed The Cat
So this is a confession about something mischievous I did about 10 years ago! I was 9 then, and my dad’s guitar really attracted me. I wasn’t allowed to play it or even touch it without his assistance. He was a fine guitarist and sometimes I used to sneak in and play with the strings and get out unnoticed.
One day I was playing with it and accidentally broke the string. Not one, but two! I don’t remember how that exactly happened but what I do remember is racing out of that room, being very frightened!
My dad asked me if I did it and I lied, said that the cat might’ve done it. He didn’t say anything to me and I was saved! I did feel bad later on, for blaming the cat and gave him some Doritos as a special treat. I wasn’t expecting it but he ate them!
